Pay Per Call Marketing in Clark County, NV for Plumbers

In Clark County the hardest plumbing call to sit on is the one that comes in at three in the afternoon in July. The airport averages 78.2 days a year at or above 100F, with a June to August normal daily high of 102.2F (Source: ncei.noaa.gov.). A family that has had to shut its water off in that heat, because a line split or a fitting gave way under the vanity, is not going to fill in a form and wait for tomorrow. They ring, and they keep ringing until a plumber answers.

What the first half minute tells you

A live call does work a lead sheet cannot. Within a few sentences you know whether the water is off, whether it is clean supply or something worse coming up through a drain, and whether the voice on the line is the owner. In a county where 57.8% of homes are owner-occupied (Source: census.gov.), more often than not it is, and you can agree a time before the call ends.

That call is routed to one plumber. It is not read to a group of shops, and it is not resold once it has been answered, which is what we mean by exclusive. A caller who rings off before reaching your line is not a connected call and is not on your bill, and neither is a request outside the parts of the valley you told us you work.

Flood afternoons come in clusters

The county's hazard plan, citing its emergency management plan, says a severe flash flood will hit the Las Vegas metro every 2 to 12 months, and 417.1 square miles of the county lie in the Special Flood Hazard Area (Source: allin.clarkcountynv.gov.). When one of those storms crosses the valley, drains and sewer laterals in the low streets back up within the same hour, and the phones light up together. Tell us honestly how many calls your crew can take on an afternoon like that, because a caller put through to a line that rings out is lost to everyone.

How far is too far

Clark County is 2,407,226 people (Source: census.gov.) concentrated in one valley, plus towns that are a long way from it. Boulder City sits out past Henderson toward the lake, and Mesquite is up the interstate near the Arizona line. A plumber based in North Las Vegas who takes a Mesquite call has given away half a working day. Name the parts of the valley you cover and the outlying towns you will drive to, and calls from beyond them are not put through to you.

The number the caller can look up

Nevada's contractors board treats the licence number as part of every business advertisement, on vehicles, cards, signage and websites (Source: nvcontractorsboard.com.). A caller who has been burned by an unlicensed repair often checks it while you are still talking. We route plumbing calls only to C-1 licence holders, so that check comes back the way it should.
